CHILDREN:

• Children of all ages are welcome under strict supervision of their parents • Infants aged 0-2 y.o. will be accommodated free of charge • Children younger than 14 years old: 50% of the adult rack rate per person per day, non-commissionable • The above discount is applicable exclusively to rooms occupied solely by children under the age of 14 years • Full adult rates apply for children over 14 years of age • Children can be accommodated in adjacent communicating room

with those of their parents.

GATE OPENING HOURS:

The main gate is open from 07:00 to 17:00, kindly inform us prior to the guests’ arrival/departure for specific arrangements before or after these operating hours.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS:

Transfers to/from Windhoek city or Windhoek International Airport in our Mercedes tourer are charged at N$5500 (one way) for 1-4 persons, other transfers available on request.

MALARIA FREE:

Epako is situated in a Malaria FREE area.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Kindly ensure that you have taken out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation fees should you have to cancel your stay.

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

• Provisional reservations will be held for 14 days • A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking • Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival date

CANCELLATIONS:

• On confirmation – 91 days : 25% of full amount • 90 to 61 days prior to arrival : 50% of full amount • 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: 75% of full amount • 30 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100% of full amount • Private air-transfers are non-refundable
